Weymouth Deck Chairs

I know this has nothing to do with tiaras but I find it is good to try lots of different creative projects to keep the mind buzzing for new ideas.  On Saturday my family and I went to a local arts project where over a short period of time people are getting together to come up with designs for around 500 deckchairs to be used on our local beach.  This is part of a package to bring life to our seaside town of Weymouth that along with Portland, will be hosting the 2012 Olympic sailing events.

We had great fun on the day and I was amazed to see how well my eight year old daughter can sew.  It put a smile on my face this morning to see that my hand stiched hermit crab had made it to the blogsite - possibly not the best example of seaside art in the world but a bloomin good bit of fun :)  Check it out at: http://olympicdeckchairs.tumblr.com/page/1

New Tiara Heaven Site Has Gone Live

I am a very happy person today, the site is live and looking fantastic - thanks again to the amazing Taz Lodder for all your hard work. Your a star.

1 Day To Go

‎How excited am I, tommorrow is going to see the launch of my fab new website :)   When I was trying to decide what image to put on for the final day, there was really only one contender.  This image from the new website represents a triple celebration. 

1. This image is the one seen in the November issue of Vogue. 2. The lady in the image, Jennie, is due a great big congratulations for the birth of her gorgeous second daughter only a couple of weeks ago and 3. the tiara she is wearing is called 'Sarah' after a good friend of mine who has recently announced her engagement (which tiara will she go for??).

So a lovely image with loads of good news attached to it.

Almost there. I was trying to decide which image to use next and then I thought that as I have written about my fab web designer a lot, it would be nice to upload an image of her.  Here is Taz Lodder posing during the great photo shoot.  I suppose you could say 'techi does tiaras!' (groan ;)) .

3 Days To Go

Today's image from the new site is a bit cheeky but proves that Tiara Heaven's tiaras are so comfortable, you just do not want to take them off .  Carmen was great on the day of the photo shoot and was more then happy to volunteer to do the bath shoot.  I will let you into a secret though - there is no bathwater, Carmen was wearing a dress and I was making bath bubbles in the sink!!! Photo shoots are never what they seem :)

5 Days To Go.

I am very excited - Tiara Heaven's fantastic new e-commerce site designed by Taz Lodder of London will be live in 5 days!!! The new site looks amazing and will allow orders to be made over the Internet.  Amongst other things I have included new and improved information about the designs and have new look testimonial pages showing some fab looking customers.  Can't wait.
